Good work on the website....it is easy to read, easy to navigate and provides all the basic information a person would want to know prior to contacting you for further information.  Congratulations on the award of being voted  one of the Best Insurance Brokers  again!  Hey we know you're good!

Calculating Premium Construction Industry Benefit Plan

• Monthly premiums are calculated by multiplying the number of hours an employee
worked a month by the hourly rate of $0.88.
• the total of all your employees hours  is submitted by the 15th of the month
following the month you are reporting.  For example, you send your premium for
   March hours by April 15th
• for an employee working 160 hours in a month, the total premium submitted for that
employee would be $141.00.  For an employee working 200 hours in a month, their premium
   would be $176.00
• employees working in excess of 150 hours per month have the extra hours deposited
into their benefit account to be withdrawn during seasonal layoffs, apprentice training etc.
• any month an employee has not worked 150 hours, the necessary hours are withdrawn
from his Hour Bank Account to make up the shortfall.  For any month where there are no Banked
Hours the employee has the option of  paying for the needed hours at $0.88 per hour
