•  there are two ways to buy coverage
      a)   the policy is guaranteed issue, with all benefits taking effect
            the 1st of the month without  pre-existing conditions if
            you apply within 60 days of  losing your group coverage    
      b)   or the 1st day of the month following  approval of your medical
            information
•  the Value Plus plan offers $15,000 of life insurance for  individuals 65
   or under
