Because Legal Migrant Workers go through a screening process that
includes a medical examination we do not require a health questionnaire
there are no lengthy applications or waiting periods
coverage starts when they are picked up by the employer at a Canadian
airport or when coverage is confirmed, whichever is the later
if the worker terminates during the insurance period there be a prorated refund
complete an Employee/Termination Form to add and delete Migrant Worker
employees
original claim receipts along with a fully completed claim form are sent to
AXA Insurance Company in Calgary for reimbursement
